Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cleats and Spikes
  • Cleaners (golf club/ball cleaning products)
  • Ball Collectors
  • Personal accessories (Belts, Caps)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  3. Include the completed return form (see template below) in your package.
  4. Ship the package to our address (provided in your return authorization email).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your requested replacement item. For size or color exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for the new item.
